I train in brazilian jiu jitsu atleast 4 times a week and I am having a bitch of a time trying to keep my weight up. I'm good at what I do and don't want to stop, but at the same time, I don't want to shrink and be small like the majority of the people in my class. I' am currently 6'3 230lbs, but it's like pulling teeth keeping my bodyweight up. do any of you have the same problem?

After ten years of lifting, I was fed up with not growing while my opponents in the ring seemed to be getting much bigger. So, I've done four cycles up until now. I'm 6'2" 250#, if I stop juice for more than a few months I drop down to 220. I'm not pushing gear, but in my opinion, for most people, it is physically impossible to be a bodybuilder and a fighter simultaneously, unless you're blessed with some crazy genetics.

I train 6 days and it is hard to keep weight. I just have to keep a really good diet. I'm 6'4 and stay about 245-250..You just have to eat good. nothing fancy
