I believe that means that one dropper full is one ML.

i use a syringe with a 18g needle that has 10 markings per ml and i cap the needle and store the nolvadex in the syringe. Don't worry abou syringe hygien when you only use it to squirt the fucker in your mouth lol. Having an infection from eating at macdonalds is more likely then using the same syringe for oral consumtion. the 18g is like a sewing needle so you need to be an idiot4life to accidentaly stick it in your tounge
