Yea don't take tylenol, advil, ect..while on. My dad has a problem with a disk in his back and has to take celebrex regulary and every now and then they run a liver test on him because it's pretty hard on the liver. You can find EFA (fish oils, flax seed oil, just ask for a good EFA supp) supplements at any health store, same witht the l-glutithione (some day I will just go look at the bottle and spell it right). If your eating fish stay with things like salmon and tuna(if you buy canned tuna buy the "white" tuna ex. "solid white" "chunk white") it is VERY godd for you, not all fish is. ALA is good as well. As for the N02 and t-100, PLEASE, PLEASE, LISTEN AND STOP WAISTING YOUR MONEY! It seems like every "newbe" (and i'm just assuming you are) WANTS to believe these product work and are like"the juice heads just knock these supps because there not the juice, but they probbably do somthing"- when they just really don't and are expensive. It must be a right of passage for anyone starting to lift, everyone(including myself, and many others) will buy these products thinking they will help them but they are a waist of time. If your not ready to use anabolics(needles)-that's cool, stick to creatine, plenty of protein, hard work , and lots of sleep, and you'll do fine. But also don't be so afraid of test (keep in mind you have alot of it in your system right now! naturally). Newbes seem to get frightened when hearing about the side effects but they aren't really that bad if you keep doses reasonable. Save your money from those supps and buy some gear (for when your ready to "stick", which is not nearly as bad as anticipated). If your worried about sides and like what winny did for you, look into an EQ cycle (with a little test) and you would probbably be pleased. Sorry for the long post , I just can't stand to see people going through what I did when I first started
