This 5X5 is the first time I've tried them. I've actually got a wooden box at home, about 8" high (well, 6" IRL) that I do them on.can't quite hit the instep with my leg that straight, but close. fully stretched arms... the bar should be touching the top of your instep.
my hammy's hurt for a week... literally, 7 days lol... because i don't do them, if u do 'em often it'd be better but thought i'd try it once... and wow...
