Is it that time of the month? LOL, something nagging at you or perhaps someone? You said you hadn't worked out since Monday could that be bugging you. Would it be that fact that I am asking you a whole bunch of questions you may have to answer? hee hee

:lmao: Really, I just laughed out loud.
1. Not for me, anyways.
2. Just stuff, have work to do on cars, projects around the house.
3. Aside from the ab work, I haven't really had a workout since last Thursday.
4. Ask me all you want, darlin. Y'all keep me entertained, motivated, & honest on here.

Today's macros: 2926 cals, F21%, P37%, 42%. Not friggin happy with this. :( That's what happens when you don't plan!
On the other hand:
Bench Press: 8X115, 5X175, 5X210, 3X240, 3X240, 2X240, 12X165. PR Really 2 months ago I never thought I'd be doin 8 reps of 240.
Front Raises: 5X10, 5X12, 5X20, 3X25, 3X25, 12X15
Side Laterals: 5X12, 5X20, 5X25, 3X30, 2 1/2X30, 12X15
Bent Over Raises: 5X15, 5X20, 5X30, 3X35, 3X35, 11X25
Incline D.B. Press: 5X35, 5X50, 5X60, 3X70, 3X70, 9X50, PR
