Another awesome workout today, but I don't have time to post it now. Gotta run.

PRs be fallin all over, but I think the run is coming to an end.

Had a 45 min softball practice. Just 3 of us showed up, so we did a lot of grounders ..
 
OK, my workout last night.
Squats: 5X160, 5X235, 5X285, 3X315, 3X315, 3X315, 9X230 PR
Bench Press: 5X125, 5X185, 5X205, 3X235, 3X235, 12X155 PR
One Legged Dead Lifts: 5X30, 5X45, 5X60, 5X70, 5X80, 9r6lx60 PR
Incline D.B. Press: 5X35, 5X45, 5X55, 3X70, 2 1/2X70, 10X50 PR
So, with this workout, at 43 years old, I have, for the first time in my life, Bench Pressed my own body weight. I realize it's a simple thing, but I am inordinately proud of it.
The squats is good too, 400 anyone?

Well, today was my cheat day. Did pretty good during the day. The usual. But I had Swiss Chalet for supper, with some cheese.
Wifey & I went to the theatre & saw a play, "Barefoot in the Park". Pretty good.
No workout today at all. Tomorrow I'm playing softball in a Tournament. Company tournament, I don't play regularly. We're guaranteed 4 games & if we go for the finals, it's gonna be 6 games. I'sa gonna be tired.
