WE usually buy Liptons sidekicks or Uncle Ben's Rice for supper, we'd each eat a 3rd. No each package does us for 2 dinner's, plus sometimes a lunch as well.
My point is, when you are more aware of how much you are actually eating per meal, you can more easily control it.
Yeah I got rid of all cheese.. not allowed in the house... Causes major issues because I want to eat it all. I got spoiled though in Hungary and got the real Italian Parmesan... Ayeyeyeyeyeye

I had a nickname when I was in the army, "mouse". I would load my plate up with cheese, in the mess hall. :lmao: :RADAR:
