Here's a good way to start making your chicken taste better with minimal fat or bloat

Immerse your chicken in extra virgin olive oil. Put a little bit of Pepper and Onion Powder not Onion Salt and viola. You have very good tasting chicken.

how long do you leave it in the olive oil?

and do you immerse before or after cooking?

When I make it I just put the olive oil on it and bake or grill. I don't think there is any need to let it soak or baste in it.
