So you're saying that by looking at a keto strip, you're going to determine exactly how many grams of protein were turned into glucose (assuming that's what you mean by "your body converts them")?
Keto Strips test your levels of ketones, and ketones are a byproduct of fat metabolism, and of which there is an abundance when you're on a non/very-low carb diet.
I still don't see your point, although I'm sure I would if you could explain it to me more thoroughly. I'd love to know how we can use keto strips to determine how much protein to consume when injecting insulin.
