Here is my gripe with insulin and protein absorbtion please add input.

Insulin also controls the uptake of valine, leucine, and isoleucine by the muscles, which in turn helps to increase the synthesis of muscle proteins (Stryer 773). I'm not sure whether or not this increases the amount of protein you can absorb by any valuable %, but it does increase uptake of at least 3 AA's anyway. As far as I could tell though it doesn't shuttle anything but glucose, those 3 AA's it just helps other processes increase uptake, but still I stand a corrected penguin :)
Quality response! It does shuttle BCAA's. I'm not sure to what extent it shuttles other AA's. I know once the proteins are broken down into amino acids they are shipped to muscle cells for a little growth and repair. I don't know what the difference is between how much protein you digest and how much protein your body utilizes. It would be interesting to know.
 
So you guys think It would be safe to try to ingest 100g in a 2hour humalog window.Say 50grams right after shot and another 50g 1 hour from when shot was taken?
 
That's what I did. Actually I had 60g's of WPI right after the shot, and another 50-60g's of it at the 1hr point. Whether I used all of that or not I don't know, but I grew alright.
 
See I have these really convenient great tasting PWO orange powder that contains 60grams of carbs and 50g of protein and it is perfect because I already have used them a few times with 15ius and never went hypo from it and it only equals 120grams of carbs wich is less than 10g per iu.I take one shake right after shot and one an hour later and I am good to go with no hypo feeling at all and I get 100 grams of protein in there.

And actually there isnt just one post there is like 3 or more and none of them have a concrete answer the first one was posted on the diet board smart ass.

I concur. This one's about insulin, not only protein absorbtion.
