Ok I have heard from quite a few people that basically all you can absorb and use efficiently for muscle building is an average of 50 grams of protein every 3 hours or so,I am fine with this.What I am not fine with is that the same amount of protein is all that the body can absorb while adding insulin,wich makes insulin in this case pretty much useless and absolete if you can absorb the same exact amount while using it as you can naturally.So if I am taking 20 ius of humalog wich spikes at the hour and has an active time of 2 hours all the protein I can use efficiently by my body is 50 grams why would I even bother with it and not just take my shake normal with out using the slin. ![Confused :confused: :confused:](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f615.png)
