well i am thinking of running test and fina for 6 weeks and looking to add solid 12-15 lbs of lean muscle
this is gonna sound boring but i eat the same foods day and day out and it doesnt really bother me at all
here is a tyipcal day of eating i am thinking
7:30 AM
-1 serving oatmeal
-1 banana
-40 gram protein shake
9:00 AM
-8 whole eggs
-1 piece of toast
-3 glasses of skim milk (8 oz)
10:30 AM
-40 gram protein shake
Noon
-2 cans of tuna (low sodium)
-2 serving of carrots
-2 servings of green veggies
-1 pece of toast
2:00 PM
-40 gram protein drink
work out
4:00 PM
-1 protein bar
5:00 PM
-1 lb of red meat (lean beef steak or ground chuck)
-2 serving veggies
8:00 PM
- canned chicken
10:00 PM
-40 gram protein shake
1-2 gallons of water with meals and thought out the day too
wells there it is.....how does this look for gaining lean mass (test and fina)
