here is my game plan

well i am thinking of running test and fina for 6 weeks and looking to add solid 12-15 lbs of lean muscle

this is gonna sound boring but i eat the same foods day and day out and it doesnt really bother me at all

here is a tyipcal day of eating i am thinking


7:30 AM
-1 serving oatmeal
-1 banana
-40 gram protein shake

9:00 AM
-8 whole eggs
-1 piece of toast
-3 glasses of skim milk (8 oz)

10:30 AM
-40 gram protein shake

Noon
-2 cans of tuna (low sodium)
-2 serving of carrots
-2 servings of green veggies
-1 pece of toast

2:00 PM
-40 gram protein drink

work out

4:00 PM
-1 protein bar

5:00 PM
-1 lb of red meat (lean beef steak or ground chuck)
-2 serving veggies

8:00 PM
- canned chicken

10:00 PM
-40 gram protein shake


1-2 gallons of water with meals and thought out the day too



wells there it is.....how does this look for gaining lean mass (test and fina)

I would go with 40-50gs of protien and 20gs of carbs and about 8gs of fat permeal every 2.5-3 hours Keep fat low, but not too low. Pre an post workout I would have 40 protein 40 dextrose Taken with ALA. 1-2 hours after your Post WO shake, have a meal with about 50p 50c no fat. Meals after that should be as I originally stated. before bed I would Take 60gs of slow digesting protein like Caseinate or Cottage cheese. I take it with a little good carbs and fat. 10-15gs carbs and fat.

drop bananna add 1 more serving oatmeal, add 1tbsp. ANPB=all natural peanut butter

drop toast drop milk, add 1 large Yam, add 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

10:30 AM
-40 gram protein shakeadd 1tbsp. MCT oil

Noon
-2 cans of tuna (low sodium)
-2 serving of carrots
-2 servings of green veggies
-1 pece of toast
drop toast, add 1 large baked potato add 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

2:00 PM
-40 gram protein drinkadd 20g dextrose

work out

4:00 PM
-1 protein bar
drop protein bar, add 40g whey protein add 30g dextrose

5:00 PM
-1 lb of red meat (lean beef steak or ground chuck)
-2 serving veggies
add 1 large baked potato

8:00 PM
- canned chicken

-40 gram protein shake
add 1tbsp. flaxseed add 15g psyllium husk fiber

The reasoning for Mr X asking u to drop the banana is because I think he wants u to steer clear of fructose. Personally i wouldnt see harm in the banana as long as you don't over do the fruit thing but then MR X puts the X in Expert lol

As for flax oil, it's made from the oils of the flax seed/linseed

It's full of Omega 3 and Omega 6 which is great for you
also can aid in fat loss
 
i can buy flax at gnc correct?


i have never been into supplements and herb, and vitamens...only whey protein but time to change

Banana= Fructose, fructose gets stored in the liver and 4x more likely to be stored as fat thereafter (than glucose of course).
