Okay y'all...I seriously need your help on this one...
Ive been seriously weight training and hiking for two years now and am building up some great definition however, I can manage to lose the rest of this fat. I dont pig out on wheat or sugar, get plenty of protein, eat mostly whole foods, veggies, grains, etc, drink tons of water, so technically Im doing it right I hope. And though I am gaining more muscle, I still cannot get rid of the fat depostits on them. Ive tried ECA, CLA , applce cider, dexatrim, etc. Tried em all. None worked.
Trying to protect ya -- no source requests or posts here please. You are leaving yourself WIDE OPEN to get bombed w/ contacts from every scammer on the web.
Based on what you are saying above, you have tried every "quick weight loss" solution you can find. Have you tried looking at yur diet? "Technically you are doing it right" --- it sounds like you have it GENERALLY right, but TECHNICALLY you should post your diet / eating schedule & we can streamline it for you to get better results. Your experience w/ pills to this point should tell you that "quick fixes" & "magic pills" don't work. They are all simply a supplement (if they work at all) to a good, clean, consistent & organized diet.
