Hi everyone, I have a few questions regarding carbs and the CKD diet. To start off I have diverticulitus and I need to keep my fiber up so I eat 2 low carb high fiber wraps (7g fiber each and 3 net carbs) per day. I also eat 2 teaspoons of milled flax seed that I grind in my coffee grinder. What is the nutritional value per tablespoon of milled falx seed? Am I having too many carbs on a daily basis? The wraps and flax seed are the only carbs I eat except for whatever are in any green veggie I eat throughout the day.
