Hello to everyone who reads this, im looking for sum advice on a lean bulking diet, never really been on a bulking diet as i have always worried about putting alot of fat on as i gain fat quite easy, just got myself down to about 12 and half stone and feel happy now that i can have a go at gaining some nice muscle size from a clean bulk diet. My diet plan i was thinking of tryin is below.

07.00
Whey protein shake
60g of porridge or 2 slices of toast with 3 poached eggs
1 glass of pure orange juice

10.00
Tuna sandwich
1 banana
1 low fat yogurt

12.30
Tuna with pasta or 1 chicken breast with jacket potato
1 apple

15.00
50g of peanuts
1 banana

16.30
Weights

17.00
Protein shake

18.00
1 chicken breast with brown rice
1 glass of milk

21.00
130g cottage cheese on 2 rice cakes

Is this enough food to be having on a bulk diet? I didnt want to over do it right away incase i put too much fat on, im currently consuming 2500calories and that is maintaining my weight at the moment, the above diet plan at guess i think would be between 3000 and 3500 calories.

Looks like a pretty good diet plan to me, this sounds like a stupid question but what is omega?

Omega three fatty acids.

The hens are fed a special feed. The eggs have 25% lower saturated fat than regular eggs plus 100mg of omega three fatty acids per egg.

About Eggland's Best

Regular eggs would be fine.
