I wanna hit chest, back, triceps, and biceps twice a week, with at least one day HARD AND HEAVY. Legs, calves, abs, and shoulders will be worked once VERY HARD each. Im gonna take something to help my recovery (either a proven and very strong PH stack, or a test- e cycle). Plus 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight along with a TON of carbs. I want a few ideas to choose from, so i can decide which one i like. Saturday would be my best choice for a day off, because im only taking one. No cardio.
