I am preparing for a contest in november would like to design a stack that is relatively lower on estrogenic sides since I am very gyno prone. My goal is to add a little bit of muscle size and density. I just competed two weeks ago at a wieght of 155lbs @5'7" with 4.5% bf. My weapon of choice for this contest will be conditioning so I was thinking of runnning the cycle like this, please give any and all suggestions that you have keeping in mind that I am gyno prone. I am worried about gyno from the tren, hence the reason I am planning on running winny with it. This will be my third cycle, the last one being over a year ago.
Wk 1-8 : test prop 70mg eod
Wk 1-6 : eq @ 400 mg ew OR var @30mg ed
Wk 5-9 : fina @ 50mg eod
Wk 5-9 : winstrol depot @50mg eod
Anti-E's and other
Wk 4-5 : hcg 2500 iu's
Wk 1-7: arimidex or aromosin??
Wk 7-10: Nolvadex
