HELP!!!!!!!!!! Protein Trouble

I have tried several now and have yet to find a decent protein that I can stomach. This stuff is just plain nasty. I thought maybe I would be able to handle the Optimum Nutrition chocolate but it is starting to taste like ass as well. NitroTech tasted like ass from the get go and I will never buy anymore of that crap. Their creatine is wonderful but they need to stay away from making protein shakes.
Anyone got any suggestions? I have been getting my protein from canned roast beef that carries a whopping 67 grams of protein/can. I have ate so much tuna that I gag when I smell it so it is almost not an option. The roast beef isn't bad but it is made in South America so everytime I eat it, a picture of Fluffy the dog keeps popping in my head. :chomp:

The best protien is whey isolate. try using cytopro, thats what I use and I have a sensitive stomach and it doesnt bother me.
 
take your chocolate protein powder and milk and add nesquik to it! Or ice cream. I really dont need these though if you mix it up with just a hand mixer it tastes fine to me, mabye even kinda good...
 
It's not suppose to taste good. Take it like a man.

Minimize the pain by eating it this way:

1) Get a shaker.
2) Put hte protein in.
3) Add just barely enough COLD water to make it soluble. I mean really little water.
4) Shake hard.
5) Chug. takes 6 seconds max.
6) Add a little more water to the shaker to get the extra. Shake up and drain again.

No pain no gain hombre!

Yeah all that sounds good and I appreciate the info. I really do, but the protein does me no good if I puke it back up. It then becomes wasted $$$$ and one pissed off wife having to clean up the puke. :toilet:
 
Well I learned this from having to deal with my cousin and her attempts to be a good girl and make the family brownies. Most of your taste receptors are in your nose, but if you don't want to hold your nose, you can learn to close the air way to it inside your nasal passages. No one ever knows that I detest their food :)
 
ON Whey Double Chocolate or Strawberry. I could drink the stuff anytime :) If you have to, mix with skim milk or the low carb stuff. GOOOOOOOOOOD

Geez i wish I could get my wife to clean up my puke!!

Maybe you could just walk around shitting on the floor. If she'll clean my puke then why not take it to the next logical step?

Try eating other types of fish, they have canned salmon, crab, etc. too. What about chicken? Pork? etc.

Apparently you seem to use the taste of "ass" as a yardstick alot. What's the protien content of that? It may depend on the fat content maybe?
