Help please!!!

I started my first cycle last monday.Monday i did 2cc's of laurabolin and 1 sus250. wednesday i did 2cc's of laurabolin.Friday i did 2cc's of laurabolin and 1 sus.Ad today monday i did the same as last monday.But heres the real big problem.I started feeling a hard spot around friday on my right glute but still shot in it anyways.But from then to now the spot has become rather large.Its sore but not any redness on the outside.Should I go and see a doctor and tell him the truth or start taking some antibitotics[spelling error]that i have here.I don't wanna wait to long and the thing get infected.Please help it is starting to scare me.THanks
