Help me get rid of my fat!!

No problem, Okie!! I hate cardio (if you can't tell) but I know it is important, so I try to keep it interesting. I coach cheerleading, so I have them train with me. I can't cheat if I am leading it!! We do kickboxing 2x a wk, run 2x a wk, and dance on Fri. Glad I could help out!!:D
 
Keep the cardio at a lighter intensity. You'll burn a greater % of calories from fat, yet less calories overall, even less fat overall. But, by keeping the intensity down, you'll minimize the muscle loss, which is what you want to do.

My advice is to eat roughly your current maintenance level or slightly less and be patient with the weight loss. This way you can keep / add muscle as you go. Once you lose the fat, try not to put it back on and then you can just do med intensity cardio 3 times a week for your heart.
