No problem, Okie!! I hate cardio (if you can't tell) but I know it is important, so I try to keep it interesting. I coach cheerleading, so I have them train with me. I can't cheat if I am leading it!! We do kickboxing 2x a wk, run 2x a wk, and dance on Fri. Glad I could help out!!
