Help...light-headed (Newbie)

Thanks guys

Eating before my workout was definitely the solution. I had a great second half of my week last week. It felt great to be able to go all out again without having to worry about passing out. I appreciate all your help! This site is an awesome tool, and I have learned a great deal by reading posts.
 
I go with oatmeal/protein shake 2 hours prior to training, good carbs and digests pretty quick.
