Deadlifts – 4
Chins – 4
Cable row – 3

Good selection of exercises here. nothing to say.

How about ditching the cable rows for barbell rows? I think those are better...much better! Hell, you could just add them in and still do the cable rows if'n you would like to. That's what I do.

yeah he could, i just think seeing as he is doing deadlifts and chins, that its no biggy if he does a cable exercise. i find cable rows to be pretty effective. and if he does the deadlifts heavy, there should be no need for another exercise. but adding another one couldnt hurt either.

Change your diet buddy.TRy to use some creatine and at least 60 % from carbs. If you do so you are going to grow up.It worked great to me .......

Follow the 5 basic principles of Bodybuiliding:
1. Supplements
2. Intensity
3. Variety
4. Watch your Diet
5. Negatives

1. & 2. should be self-evident
3. Variety doesn't always mean you have to change the exercises your doing. It can mean doing the reps "slow" one week and the next week doing them "Superfast" (can't do as much weight but you will stimulate the "Fast-twitch" muscle fibers). It can also be just changing say,.......1 of the maybe 3 or 4 exercises you would do for a bodypart. It can also be changing the number of reps you do (again, you'll probably have to do different weight than normally done) I am a firm believer in mixing things up rather frequently to keep my muscles from getting used to a pattern of the same-old stuff.
4. Self-evident, if you eat fat - fat you'll be.
5. I know that some think this is still controversial but I always finish-0ff 1 of my 3 or 4 sets by doing negatives on the last 2, Give-It-Hell, reps.
