help for weight loss

basically im 262Lbs and am 6'1" im not at all as built as any1 here so im prolly like 30-40% body fat which i REALLY need to change
i need to find a method to loose some weight somehow to motivate me in the right direction it gets frustrating going to the gym and not seeing anything but weight gains :-/
 
today i woke up ate some cereal and a cup of milk
then had a turkey cold cut sandwich on a roll with chees lettuce tomatoes with a diet coke then i went to the gym came home a protein shake and then for dinner 2 chicken legs with some salad
 
Don't worry about the gym as much as what you eat. If you fix your eating habbit you will see far superior results.

For example if you eat 2 or 3 eggs for breakfast, remove some of the egg yokes. Rather than drinking soft drinking drink fruit juice, with low sugar. Simple changes here and there will make a lot of difference.

Here is something to motivate you toward the right direction...it sure as hell pumps me up evertime i see it.
