basically im 262Lbs and am 6'1" im not at all as built as any1 here so im prolly like 30-40% body fat which i REALLY need to change
i need to find a method to loose some weight somehow to motivate me in the right direction it gets frustrating going to the gym and not seeing anything but weight gains :-/
