training for 2 years
estimated body fat %: 13.00

goals: trying to lose fat while maintaining muscle and maintaining my weight

should i be doing cardio in the morning BEFORE eating for (how long) and at what intensity? then after this cardio, what should i be eating

i have a reasonably clean diet i avoid refined sugars and eat generally healthy. should i add a CFM whey isolate shake (and when)

i am currently using gnc "CUTS" for increasing metabolism
myh estimated caloric maintenance level is 2950 cals per day at activity rate X1.55
 
i also want to MAINTAIN muscle, should i come back to the gym at a later time for strenght training , ive heard that strenght training LATE at night (1am) could not be the the best, even though this is the best time for me usually

you don't need yohimburn right away, stick to a diet and stimulant-X for now

before you have a meal in the AM, do you cardio, pre-cardio take 1tbsp. MCT oil and 2 tbsp. liquid Aminos (BCAAs are good). Post-cardio wait 30min and you can have a lean protein and complex carbs meal

you should consider adding egg-white protein as an MRP mix. You can take whey and dextrose post workout
 
The time of day that you train is irrelevant. Train whenever you have the time to devote 100% effort and you should be fine. Just make sure you're getting adequate sleep.
