Havent started my cycle yet i wanted to cut down and get in the best shape i could before i start. At home i eat great and everything is fine but i work at a "wing" joint where all we serve is fried shit and when your workin for 9-10 hours without food its too easy to slip up and get down on some wings or fries. anything i can eat before hand or any good snacks i can take besides a power bar? i know its self control but sometimes its too easy to do the wrong thing. :chomp:

Get yourself a think protein powder, Bio Xtreme Whey, MegaMRP, somthing that will weigh your stomach down. Hammer down 2-3 of those at work, it'll kill your hunger.

Steroids + Chicken wings = Fat Zitty Bodybuilder

Can you pack a cooler full of food you prepared ahead of time (the night before maybe) and shakes? I work a fast paced job (delivery driver) and I am on the go all day long. I manage 4 meals during my typical 9 hour shift. If there is a will there is a way. Just prepare your food ahead of time and pack your cooler before leaving for work. I am sure you can sneak off for a few minutes and scarf down a quick meal. A good shake and a hand full of walnuts and dried fruit go a long way. I bet your co workers take smoke breaks. Take food breaks. Peace.

Why would you suggest popcorn as a healthy alternative?

why? what wrong with it?

the ones I reccommended are filling, hi fiber, low glycemic index, about 2-3 grams fat per huge serving, no trans fats wtf?

if you get the movie theater stuff or the buttered up crap, then its not very healthy, but read the suggested brands/versions I mentioned above

Oatbran with whey (using lots of water) is quite feeling. Oatbran has 40% less calories than Oatmeal, and 50% more fibre and protein.
