What's your best on-the-go lunch suggestion?

I do peanut butter sandwiches now. And tuna salad, chicken salad. And getting tired of them. Hoping yall can suggest some real good lunch setups that can last in a lunchbox from 7am until noon?

Looking for high protein of course.

Nice avatar :)

I eat "lunch" aka meal 2 around 11:00 - chicken mixed with greens...spinach, lettuce, etc. and a banana. I guess it kinda depends on your schedule but that's always worked for me. Meal 1 is around 8:00am, meal 2 : 11:00, meal 3: 2:00, meal 4: 7:00 or so.

I toss that salad (ha) in a cooler and it stays cool until 11:00 or so. I got a little freezer pack I put in there to keep it chillin.

When I'm pressed for time or don't have the motivation to prep my lunch I keep a big ass bag of almonds and protein powder in my office. Works well in a pinch. Handful of almonds and a couple scoops, good to go.

Thanks!
I decided to just stick with tuna salad (throwing in some bells and whistles into the next batch) and 1cup almonds.

Le sigh.

I make sub sandwiches. Load it with ham, cheese, and mayo and its awesome!
