Hcg fat loss diet results

Hey what's up all. I started the hcg diet 4 weeks ago, still on it but wanted to post some results maybe get some math heads to figure out how much of the pounds lost was pure fat.

I'm no body builder yet, but have bad teen gyno and lots of body fat so I had to lose that first before I start transformation.

Results have slowed but that's my fault, harder sticking to the diet as you go on.
 
HCG is a fairly good fatloss agent for me, as HCG causes stimulation of the testes to produce more endogenous testosterone. In a very low calorie condition, this prevents the reduction of anabolic hormones often seen in an insufficient diet.

There are other claimed benefits that haven't tested out in vivo, however, that may aid in fat loss as well (or, if nothing else, lean mass retention during rapid fat loss).

But your numbers are completely bunk, and likely taken using one of those electric body fat analyzers, correct? Removing the "water" component from muscle (which is 75% water by weight) completely ruins the ability of these machines to take accurate body composition measurements.
 
I am thinking this is one of the typical HCG Diets where you drop down to 500 calories per day, along with the HCG.
