Hard question...

OK, this one's a little complicated...

My weight and strength gains are stalled completely. I've had body recomposition since altering my diet and beginning to lift 8 weeks ago, but virtually no weight gain.

I'm 31, 150lbs and 6'2" i.e. what we would call a long streak of pelican sh*t in Australia. I consume an average of 3.5-4K cals/day. Lift full body EOD, with emphasis on bench, deadlifts, dumbell flyes, cable rows, shoulder presses, and lat pull-down. I'm considering going to a split routine:
upper, lower, upper, lower, rest, full body, rest

This is where it gets hard.

I have crohn's disease. Complex carbs and dietary fibre are difficult for me to eat in significant quantities. I lose some blood through my intestines, hence mild anemia. I have also required long term corticosteroid treatment many times over the last fifteen years, with two bowel resections. The corticosteroid treatment has had a profound catabolic effect on my lean mass and significant reduction is bone density => osteoporosis. My body fat is around 5%. My crohn's is reasonably stable and I am taking no meds, just a B vitamin mix.

Also, my spine was injured during a surgery when I was seventeen, resulting in significant peripheral neuropathy in my left leg. This means reduced flexibility and strength in that leg, making squats very difficult.

I also currently live in the US, where AAS can only be used for HIV induced wasting, not crohn's, ulcerative colitis, osteoporosis, prednisone induced wasting, etc...

I would really like to hit 180-185lbs. It would be brilliant if I could do that over the course of one year. Unfortunately, whatever I'm doing isn't working well, the last 8 weeks I've managed maybe a pound.

I've been using a calorie counting website to carefully monitor my diet, and I have always spread my meals out throughout the day to reduce pain associated with large meals.

This is what I ate yesterday, and is very similar to all days.

meal 1:
whole wheat seeded toast
3 scrambled eggs
1 cup kefir

meal 2:
50 gm whey
1.5 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp ANPB
1 tsp honey

snack:
1 banana
10 dried prunes

meal 3:
chicken sandwich w/ whole wheat seeded bread
leek/potato soup w/ cream

meal 4:
50 gm whey
1.5 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp ANPB
1 tsp honey

snack:
1 apple

meal 4:
chicken sausage w/ roast potatoes

meal 5:
mahi mahi fillet
asparagus risotto
mixed salad

meal 6:
50 gm whey
1.5 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp ANPB
1 tsp honey

I need some serious input on how to modify diet, training routine and/or supplements. If I can get my training and diet spot on, I'm really hoping I can reach my goal naturally despite the medical issues. At some point, I may consider getting a hormone panel to see if I can qualify for delatestryl or the like.

So please give me all the advice and help possible!
