i dont know whats going on.. but yesterday and today when ive been at the gym ive been able to lift so much more..
leg press from 300 to 350 pounds
curls from 35 to 40
and ive been able to do them as able as the week before with the lighter weights.. its been like this for all the exercises
anyone know whats up with this?
