Granola or almonds and peanuts?

What the hell do you guys add to make it taste better or am I just a puss? (House - dont answer that)

My 2nd snack is cottage cheese and usually almonds and peanuts, but I think I want to switch my "nuts" intake to pre bed. How about granola? No sugar low fat? Moving from a fat/pro meal to a carb/protein meal. What would you reccomend, or is a little bit of each with maybe some splenda a good meal?

What is it that you don't like? The almonds, the peanuts, the cottage cheese? For the almonds, I usually throw mine in the oven or toaster and lightly toast them for better taste. Throw on some seasoning, cajun, bbq, old bay, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, splenda brown sugar, honey.....If you like granola there's some homemade recipes I think on the muscle food forum.

Do you like berries (blue/rasp/strawberries) ? You can always add those to cottage cheese with some splenda for a sweet snack ...

man I LOVE throwing some franks redhot ontop of my cottage cheese, makes a WORLD of difference..... or for sweet go cottage cheese and blueberries or strawberries that's tasty too :)

Berries are awesome in cottage cheese. Smucker's sugar free strawberry and blackberry jam are good too. There's this restaurant that I go to occasionally that serves a cottage cheese/dijon mustard/chive "dip" to go along with the breadbasket they bring to the table.

Ouuu good one! I've had those ... yummy :p (Oh man do i miss bread...)

I eat a ton of berries with my oats in meal #1, and those are my only fruits for the day

it's my 2nd meal, dry curd cottage cheese and granola (no sugar, low fat) wasnt sure if I should make it pro/fat or pro/carb meal.....might save my pro/fat meal for prebed, sound good?

I have been using a 1/2 cup granola (40g of carbs) 1/2 tub dry curd (50g of pro) then some davinchhi sf syrup and splenda...much bettter?
