Ok, here they are, still didn't attain the level of conditioning I was hoping for, but I can live with them, and it was a learning experience, so I enjoyed it. I'm using them for the Gold's Gym Challange and Body For Life this Year. Pulled six out of the stack of 28 I did to put up here. Not necissaryly the best, but they are the most revealing of my strengths and weaknesses so would like some critiques from my bros... and thanks for the input on the last one's guys.
I skipped on the lasix, and just cut my sodium as low as possible and carbed up for 72 hours. I weighed in at an even 200 ibs, and probably should have tried to come in around 190'ish. Sorry for the low quality of the scans, they don't do the few cuts I actually have any justice. Where the hell are my abes!?
I put the first one in because my dad is in the pic... he was shaking his head as he went by, saying... "Damn...it's only 8:00 am an already the boy isn't right....." He thinks bodybuilding is pretty homosexual.

Back shots next, typical white-boy genetics... wide waist and a fat ass. I was not happy with the lack on conditioning in my glutes and hams... maybe I shouldn't have hit the pizza so hard on my carb ups. haha Can't figure out why my calves look so small, they tape at 18" right now. Oh well.

Anyway, the plans for the rest of the year are to do a clean bulk. Keep my bodyfat where it is, and put on at least 10 ibs of lbm.
