Good Protein?

Definately get ON (Optimum Nutrition) 100% Whey Protein

The taste can't be beat, nor can the price

I agree MuscleMilk tastes like a peice of heaven, but it has so much fat in it that it's horrible for PWO

Always make with milk for best taste

You just gotta find a protein powder that you like is all. There are sooooooooo many to choose from now-a-days. Not like years ago when the very few tasted like liquid ass. You've got options. You can use water or milk, skim milk, or low-carb milk. Blend it with ice cubes for a thick texture. Whey proteins tend to be thin and cassien/milk proteins tend to mix very thick. throw in some natty peanut butter if your diet allows. I mix my choc protein shakes with Keto Cocoa. Soooo good. Not a plug, but Ener-G aslo makes for a great tasting shake. Get creative.

The best whey isolate in the world is ISO AGB at the AF Store. It has the highest protein content. It has the FDA's highest digestabilty rating. It has added acetylated glutamine. And it has Betaine. If you want to use the best, that's it.

cool thanks for all the sugg. the only thing i dont like about mixing with milk is if i put three scoops in i am full for hours and that aint to good, cuz then i cant eat. but yeah thanks for the help guys.

Depends. For someone for whom money is no object, it probably is the best.

For the average person, there are probably better values out there.
