Good and quick breakfast?

Ok so I have sat's this saturday and I want to do the best I can so what do you think would be the best breakfast for me. This is mainly for sat, but ill try to incorporate it into my normal life as well.

Also anything I should eat the night before too?

I have a cup of oatmeal and 6 eggs (2 whole, 4 whites). It's pretty quick and tastes good too. I think oatmeal and egg whites is pretty much the standard breakfast for a lot of people.
 
^^^^ above mentioned is a perfect breakfast!!(*I use 1/2c oatmeal)

If you feel like getting crafty, put the eggs and oatmeal in blender..blend REALLY good...add cinnamon, splenda, vanilla extract and you have your batter done. All you have to do is pour in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray and make crepes/ pancakes...which ever you like. And finish off with some sugar free syrup/jelly! :p

I agree.....I'll also add 4 oz of chicken or 96% lean beef patty that I make up using breakfast patty spices grill them up and freeze them. Take them out when I want on in the mictro it go's ..... Good Eats
 
I make a shake with oatmeal, eggwhites, and Whey Isolate.

Make sure to blend it for a little longer than you think you need to otherwise you end up with oatmeal at the bottom of your glass.


Usually I'll use milk as the base, but sometimes water will do.
 
my teachers used to say fish is brain food because it is suppose to make some chemical in your brain work better or something like that...so a good tuna or salmon style breakfast might be good for ya
