GOLEAN Kashi cereal

cool cool i will haev to look into that......i haev rye bread with flaxseed for lunch with egg whites and tuna

nutrient break down for red river cereal
is
for a 1/4 cup raw which equals a 1 cup cooked:

154 cals
5.5 g protien
2.5 g fat
1.6 poly
0.5 mono
0.3 saturated
0 cholesterol
27 g carbs
5.7 g fibre
4 mg sodium
167 mg potassium

the fiber and potassium level makes this a great thing on carb up days
and you have the benes from flax too

if you toast it and use it for sprinkles the carb count is actually lower (well actually the GI load is)

ya...it expensive, its called: "Dimpilmeier" thats the brand name...its 100% Rye Bread with Flaxseeds, and it has no sugar added, yeast free, and it says organic...u can get it in teh bread section in pretty much any big grocery store..oh and it says its baked with antural spring water..lol....one serving--slice:
cal: 99
prot: 3.3
fat: 0.8
carb: 21
sugars: 0.6
dietary fibre: 3.1
the slices are small....and u only get like 10 or so slices in it..cause it expensive, and u have to keep it in ur fridge so it stays fresh, its yummy!
