Im on a cutter right now and have my last protein shake after workout around 8:00pm. Im almost always up past 10:30 and start getting hunger pains. What would be good to take this late at night without messing up my cutter? Should I even go to bed hungry, your body will take to your muscle without proper nutrition while sleeping correct?

Don't go to bed hungry!

Cottage cheese is a good bet for a before bed meal

I'm up later. What I do is pound another 55g protein shake 1/2 hour before bed or eat another small meal consisting of chicken and a little bit of complex carb.

You should always eat some protein before bedtime IMO..cutting or not. You need the protein before the night time fast, plus...I'd die if I didn't.

I eat a muscle milk protein shake...may not be the best for a cutter, but it has caseine protein, which I know to be slower absorbing, so good before bedtime.
