Going back to gym...Post baby

ironbabe said:
If you go too soon, your body will let you know. The bleeding will get worse, you'll cramp, feel weak all over and you'll be miserable. I doubt you'd be able to go overboard.

The only thing that might be difficult is most gyms don't take babies younger than 6 weeks, and you don't want them around other kids when they are that young and have such fragile immune systems. If family is going to keep the baby for you and you don't get worse bleeding and you take it veeeerrrry slow, you'll be ok.

Thanks for the advice.. :) ..I do plan on taking it real slow, and my husband watches the baby and kids of an evening while I get out for a while.
The only outside interaction with anyone other than at home is the peolpe at the gym... I miss them all ..and I miss the training as I have become adicted.
It's like a drug, you feel lousy without the training. With it I seem to have more energy and I feel more relaxed at home. I plan to get back to normal in around 6 weeks time, but until then I just want to go back to get myself back in the groove of it all.
Thanks to all who have commented, It is nice to know there is support out there.
