goals while "off"

I just completed a 14 weeker of
test P 700 mg a week
primo 450 mg a week
d-bol week 1-4
winny week 8-14

pct
250 iu hcg twice weekely 3-14
nolva and clomid


this is my 3rd cycle

should my goal be to just try and maintain strength and mass or is it possible to make gains while off.
also should i change up my traning intensisty or lighten up during pct

im 5'10 203lbs 23 yrs

haha wow. thats a pretty intense 3rd cycle bro. Did it go well?

Personally, I just try to do my best to maintain what I have. You aren't going to make any great gains off cycle so theres no point in killing yourself trying. Just lift sensibly with moderate to heavy weight and stay injury free. You can do cardio if you like and lean up some but try not to lose too much muscle in the process. Keep your protein intake medium to high.

Start a creatine regiment the day you come off to help keep your weight up.
 
After each cycle I will change absolutely nothing. Continue as if you are still on. What were your previous cycles? If this was your first time with primo you will be pleasantly suprised. This is one of the reasons I think primo is the best AAS out there. As long as my diet and workouts dont change, I can hold at least 80% of my gains after a primo cycle. This is a total difference as to compare it to a test cycle. Let us know how it goes.
 
it all depends on your body

some people dont change anything

i usually train less often and try to go more intense


supplementing with some peptides can allow you to make gains while being off and maintain what you have gained

be the strongest I can fucking be
all the while being the leanest I can be

your goals should never change, train balls to the wall 100% of the time.
