damn bro, how long did that workout take you? must have a killer pump in your back :evil: i do miss low pulley rows...

about an hour and 15min woulda been shorter but I had to wait for some assshole to finish his bicep curls on the rack to do my yates rows :mad:not to mention I felt like someone shot me in my right ass cheek with a nine from my primo inj on thurs. lol Only my delts can tolerate it for some reason

im just listening to my body right now, why stop if i'm feeling good right? I mean im not running this cycle to sit on my couch lol...my back has always been my strongpoint too, my chest on the otherhand not so easy lol
 
I'm the other way round, chest just seems to go from strength to strength whereas my back has stalled at the moment!

Bro how do you rate Yates rows compared with BB rows?
