185x7.....havn't squatted in probably 2 months, never again. It was like starting all over again....youd think I could get up 5 sets of 185x10 that disapointed but could be good for growth

I've had been neglecting my legs for about a month up till this contest and its really showing....couple more workouts and I get my wheels back
