I've had been neglecting my legs for about a month up till this contest and its really showing....couple more workouts and I get my wheels back
 
I've also been waking up starving and eating any I can grab at night....so I will throw two scoops of whey in a shaker along with a handfull of almonds and a glass of water on my nightstand for damage control lol....iv'e still been leaning out, that mast is already changing my body composition
 
A great trick I learned for that is 3-4 scoops protein with 2% milk ladt thing before sleep mix so it's thick and it's slow release great hunger suppressant and also releases steady protein.

that works but dairy isn't in my diet now, so thats basically what the almonds are for....so if i wake up hungry and down some whey and almonds it will act like a slow release protein
 
I'm ginna do the same, I'm gonna cut dairy out again, started drinking lattes in the AM with breakfast gonna switch back to americano no milk or sugar. But I've been getting hungry at night as well, god knows why but a couple of nights last week I found myself waking and almost walking on automatic to the kitchen! I'm in danger of gorging on my GF's sweets and cakes if I don't gave a plan!

LMAO! I can see the Mrs loving that! She'd abuse me all night! I'd have to lie there and think of England while she had her wicked way.... Lol!
