I am new to the forum and have a couple of questions.
A little background, I am 5'4" around 140 lbs and was about 20% b.f. I have competed in several bodybuilding competitions in the past and have been competitively powerlifting for the past couple of years. My lifts are squat: 315lbs, bench: 175 lbs, and deadlift 375 lbs.
I have never done an AS cycle. But have always wanted to try "something". So...
I have been taking GH for the past three weeks. at 1 cc per day divided into two doses (am and pm)
And I was wondering if anyone on the forum has taken GH or knows of people/ladies who have. Particularly any side effects they noticed. Or their dosages.
I have noticed that over the past week I could eat non-stop. Big increase in my appetite. I have a very clean diet and five meals isn't cutting it now. I have been adding in protein shakes. Also, I have it seems that I could sleep for 11-12 hours if I let myself. And then finally feel rested.
My diet is quite clean and I am getting a body comp done this friday. So I should know a bit more how much progress I've made.
