Just make sure you have some carbs surrounding your pins. GH makes me a little hypo for whatever reason, so i pin post workout with 110-150 g carbs. So what might work nice (what i do) is workout in the morning, pin your GH pwo, take in all your carbs, and then the rest of the day is pure protein. That, with cardio will rip you to shreds.
