Read Mr. X's CKD and TKD journal. It takes at least 2 days to get into ketosis. Make sure your fat to protien ratios are correct. Also make sure you are not eating hidden carbs. Stay away from citric acid ie diet sodas.
Be patient 24 hours is not enough time if your diet and training are in order. Lastly Medium Chain Trig.... will not help you get into ketosis. The only work to help with energy during your decent into ketosis. They also taste like shit and are very hard on the gut. Thus MCT's are of marginal to little benefit.
