Getting Big is Easy(Ectomorph diet)

Before I ever picked up my first tab of dbol or ground up my first cartride of finaplix I was a severe ectomorph. After going natural I once again became the typical skinny hardgainer and couldnt gain an ounce. I was up to eating 12 times a day, round the clock, and all I got was a bloated and upset stomach. So I began to play around with my diet a little and I found something that worked virtual miracles. And it actually has a little scientific basis. When someone says they want to lose weight the first thing they are told is to eat several meals a dat so they body doesnt go into a state of starvation and then puts on weight. Well, if my goal is to gain weight, why shouldnt I do the opposite (to an extent of course)? So I began eating 2000 calories a meal and I ate 4 times a day. By weight gaining standards, I consumed plenty of calories, and I actually got to sleep at night and enjoy my day instead of watching the clock and keeping food within arms reach. How do you consume 2000 calories at once? Easily. Buy stock in a good weightgainer and down a 1000 calorie shake with every meal. Im sure most of you can drink once of those 20 oz. bottles of Pepsi with dinner. Well, this takes up no more room in your stomach and actually costs about the same. Grab a cheap gainer (I used Heavyweight Gainer 900) and fix it with whole milk. 1 shake plus 6 eggs and some toast with jelly or cream cheese and you have a 2000 calorie brealfast. 3 more meals of shakes and steak or whatever you want and your diet is done for the day. And if you are truly and ectomorph then your odds of getting fat is nearly zero. After you gain all the bulk weight that you want then you can lose the "hardgainer" tag and go to a regular 5-6 meal a day diet. Maybe this isnt a miracle-worker, but it put my weight right back to where I wanted it (240 lbs) and my waist went from 34-36. 2 inches on your waist is nothing when your total weight gain is 40 pounds. Put this kind of diet with the "Getting Big is Easy" program and get ready to put up one hell of a post in 3 months telling everyone how you arent a hardgainer anymore.

That sounds cool. Heck i am an endomorph but i bet i'd put on a little too much fat. Would be nice though. I am trying to gain 20pds right now. From 250!

other than the fact that i wouldnt consider you an ecto at 200 lbs, i think what youre saying in the post is very valid.

i will post some pics up as soon as i take some (i actually am an ectomorph, 5'9, 170 lbs), and explain my diet, and what helped me later. i agree you just have to eat a lot, because gaining fat is not a concern.

granted, I wasnt a true ectomorph. I was trying to gain back size I previously had. But at 6'3" and after crashing from 240 lbs to 200 pounds I felt like one. And all of my gains indicated I was one. I treated myself as and Ecto and got great results from it.
