Getting back on the train...

Tuesday: Diet spot on - 270g protein, 50g carbs. 1850 kcals
Training - Heavy quads/calves. Squated 160lbs for 6, new best for me.
Cardio:30 mins walking after legs - must pull my finger out and get up for am cardio!
 
Wednesday:Diet as tuesday
Training:heavy tris, light bis
Cardio: 30 mins walking after lifting, still can't get up for am cardio!

I seem to have lost a lot of the water retention I had before I cleaned up my diet this week. This is making me feel and look better already.
 
Thursday Diet: same as last 2 days, I think I am in ketosis land. I am full of protein but am getting that weak, shaky feeling every now and then.
Training: Back and hams. Gonna switch back to light on heavy legs week 'cos they are both big muscle groups.
Cardio: 30 mins walking after lifting.

Had my first proper filling in a back tooth today - I've had a little one up at the back on one side when I was 18. This one required a lot of drilling which scared me a little.
 
Friday Diet: 60g carbs, 270 pro. Carb craving is getting better, I think I'm getting used to being in kcals/carbs deficit now - hey it's been over a year since my last cutting phase.
Training: Chest tonight with abs plus 30 mins brisk walk afterwards.

Not quite sure how my weekend will go - this is when my diet ALWAYS falls flat. Mostly because I party lots. I also have to meet my Dad for coffee tomorrow, he has a real sweet tooth so I know already he will be sat opposite me with a large slab of sweet, sticky pastry/cake. I will take the free chocolate meal replacement bar along with me that came on the front of this months UK Muscle and Fitness.
 
Did fine until I went home on Saturday. Everyone kept calling me about arrangements for going out that evening. I had to organise my family, boyfriend and friends. My 'phone kept ringing and I got stressed. In came the chocolate, pastries and wine.

Back on today!
