Between both of us feeling sick, training legs, it being hot outside, had been raining, the tire were filthy...and we were dead...we realized that this was NOT a pretty sport...lol

I've been wanting to flip a tire over 500 for quite a while now! I finally got it! I better learn to flip it cause the tire at my next competition is going to be 500 even!

You will get it at Nationals. I still think that YOUR heavy tire is heavier than you think. Remember me struggling with it going uphill? It is only 500-600 pounds but it is short so leverage plays less of a role in lifting it...
