Been here in Chattanooga for nearly 2 weeks (and after my contest) trying to fully recover from 2 contests close together. Hips, back, knees, etc...feel really worn out and plan on taking some good time off to get some R and R.
Went to the gym today and had a good time.
High Bar Squats
several warm ups
455 x 1 (long pause at the bottom)
Hack Squats (full, bottom out)
140 added x 6 reps x 2 sets
Tire Flip
600 pound tire x 50 feet x 3 sets
Had a good one...Night Fly kicked tail too with her tire. Hers is about 300 pounds and she did about 5 sets of 50 feet then did a single with the 600 pound tire!!!
