Fuck this diet shit!!

i never said it was clean homey, just saying i can get away with it so i by no means see beef and pasta as cheating
 
Well dont get it twisted, Im not gonna go crazy here. Im not gonna be eating krispy kremes, potatoe chips, and all that junk food. Beef, pastas, rice, I usually always stick to whole wheat bread and soy milk. But I will be eating pizza again, and I dont care if I have white rice or the regular processed pasta. My metabolism is high enough to handle that stuff. As long as Im not at the Mcdonalds or BK eating that crap I'll be fine. I'll stick to my good ol home cooking and let the mass come naturally.
 
I can't force myself to bulk on chicken breasts and brown rice either.

Don't let it get out of control. And just do some cutting after pct.
 
I have a very fast metabolism, so as long as I don't eat very high carb meals shortly before bed, I'm ok. The types off food and at what time all depends on your metabolism. Some guys can eat a bowl of ice cream and gain 3 lbs. I don't have that problem.

I love to eat like a pig..if i'm having trouble getting my cals. i'll ponde down a few dbl cheeseburgers, i don't mind the carbs but just try to not eat them at nite. no sugar though
 
Everyone's different, so just do what works for ya..seems like everyone has got something figured out. I have a really slow metabolism. So i really have to stick with slow digesting carbs but for some reason high fat meats dont really make me gain much bodyfat. This time im trying to eat relatively clean. I really want to put on some quality size and not have a lot of hard work cut out for me in the spring.
