Well dont get it twisted, Im not gonna go crazy here. Im not gonna be eating krispy kremes, potatoe chips, and all that junk food. Beef, pastas, rice, I usually always stick to whole wheat bread and soy milk. But I will be eating pizza again, and I dont care if I have white rice or the regular processed pasta. My metabolism is high enough to handle that stuff. As long as Im not at the Mcdonalds or BK eating that crap I'll be fine. I'll stick to my good ol home cooking and let the mass come naturally.
