Fuck this diet shit!!

I hear ya bro. I eat steak, lean beef, weight gainer shakes and wash it all down with a gallon of skim milk a day. As long as your not living off double quarter pounders from mcdonalds and triple stacks from Wendy's, you'll be allright. Save the lean dieting for cutting.

I just finished a cutting cycle, 10 weeks, and went from 245 lbs down to 215 lbs. I lost over 3 inches off the waist,but never had bodyfat levels tested. The strength on most of my lifts didnt really go down too much, so that would tell me I did not lose much muscle. For instance, at 245 lbs I was able to squat 405 for 10 reps, but now can get 7 reps at 215 lbs bodyweight. I really feel healthier and look alot better now, and I was not what you would consider fat before. I plan on bulking up some now, but would like to keep the bodyfat fairly close to what it is now. I have already added about 60 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs and the fat is still coming off during pct. I am wondering if my body has become more efficient at burning fat now for energy.

I tried shedding a few extra pounds doing the no carb thing. It started to work, but I was sick of feeling "starved" all the time. Anything that's good for you doesn't fill you up.

That's why I'm doing Fina.

Man, fuck this diet shit. I was tryin to do things a different way for a change. I was trying to do a clean bulker I guess you'd call it, but forget that. No more chicken, brown rice, and egg whites for me. Im going back to the old way I used to do things. Pounds of beef, pasta, chicken, etc. to pack back on the mass. You guys can have that diet crap.

I would still call beef, pasta, and chicken clean foods.

When you start talking about crap, you're looking at things like baked goods, chips, pop, etc....things with basically zero nutritional value.

And that being said, calories matter more than anything. Eat 5000 calories of chicken, brown rice, and egg whites and you'll end up fatter than eating 3500 calories of pizza and donuts.

when i'm itching for "crap" foods i basically synthesize nutritionally valuable alternatives. so let's say i'm craving carbs and sweet things...then i'll bust out some cottage cheese, throw some cinnamin (how the fuck to u spell that?) and splenda, some straight bran for texture, mix it up, and as long as it's chilly it goes down like ice cream! and it's just protein with some fat...no shitty sugar.

of course, i'll probably die of cancer from all the artificial sweeteners, but at least i'll die with a low body fat percentage!

fat = 9 calories
I've found that cleanly bulking should include higher dosages of fat so they can be converted to ketones by mitochondria.

coconut milk , sesame seeds (sesamax from anafit) , olive oil , peanut , cashew , macadamia , sunflower and safflower are good sources of fat that will have positive results on cholesterol

if bulking , rices, pasta, breads are ok but people with slower metabolism will have the same effect as if eating junk food. Most all bread in the US has high fructose corn sweetener which is nothing but a preservative and will make you fat. In general I think the American diet which includes alof of carbs is the reason Americans are fatter and more out of shape then most other cultures such as Central America and Pacific Islands , where coconut is a staple food

i think calling outlaw a pig for wanting to eat beef and pasta a bit ridiculous. the man is clearly frustrated force feeding dry chicken and brown rice. i can eat krispy kremes and stay lean so i can't feel your pain but i can tell you that it sounds like you are better off eating what you want to bulk, and then doing a short cutter with the restricted diet

I partially agree with bruce on this one. Krispy kreme is not clean I don't care who you are

pasta as ok , I would however do whole wheat pasta for added protein and slower digesting carb then white flour pasta assuming you can do wheat/gluten

glucorrel R is your friend , so If doing faster digesting carbs such as milk , white rice , white flour pasta , white flour bread , use the r+ala
