Trained the same muscle group today as I trained sunday (3 days rest inbetween). Had a shitty workout couldn't figure out why the fuck I wasn't hitting the same reps I was the previous time After I had already done the majority of my training (too late to quit out) I realized I hadn't given myself my normal resting period.
I've found that for me personally 4-5 rest days works best, Just one day short of my 4 day minimum and boom regression. 4 days rest and I get steady progress. GAH.
Friend came, I have hmm do that same shit I do, when he said he can come today I was like ok did legs yesterday todays chest. Totally forgot about rest day in my SPLIT was so into going to the gym. DAMNIT just needed to vent.
