Florencia Begins THE SHADOW PROJECT

Good Morning to all!
I got up! I went to the gym! I worked one body part 3 sets X 15.
And did steady cardio for 20 min, incline 2% and 7.0 speed...only have had 4 egg whites ann 1/2 C oats...Not hungry at all!

Food basically protein from beef , carbs oatmeal in am, and met rx bar original big 100, split at noon and other half at 17:00...
Going out for some tequila for tomorrows party... :Chef:

One thing about appetite - it does change sometimes - just make sure you hit your 'feeding times' and no impact to your progress :)

I know one too! LMAO...I am glad it exists...LOL...just trying to find a way to make it calorie free and what is worst for me...dread the hangover!

P.S.
I forgot to add lol cardio on empty...45 minutes max pace 4.10/km...average6.45 hills butt hurts and legs feel heavy getting them used to soem type pf load before weel 4 of Shadows project...
