I am doing better just getting to lnow my new polar s625x...it's supposed to almost read my mind...LOL...It's good for basic HR, running odometer...bike cadence speed even power!! That will be goof in HITT!
I am still not very hungry, did overall bory workout today and some more frog leaps after 20 min. warm up...did tose as HITT and Man cannot get muscles from being sore...so much different from weights...Shadows week 4 will begin weights on Tuesday, they close mondays.
Food basically protein from beef , carbs oatmeal in am, and met rx bar original big 100, split at noon and other half at 17:00...
Going out for some tequila for tomorrows party...
